Your firepit, then stars above
As the light fades, your firepit becomes the centre of your pitch. Cook outside, sit together and watch the woodland settle into evening. Every camping pitch has its own private firepit, with use always subject to the current Green, Amber or Red Fire & Stars status.

Beyond the pitches
48 Acres to Explore
Nethercote Wood was planted in 2005 as part of the National Forest. More than 8km of paths lead through areas beyond the campsite, offering space for family exploration, walking and wildlife watching.
Your stay supports the woodland
Visitor income helps us care for Nethercote Wood, respond to ash dieback and improve habitats through bird and owl boxes, bee hives, bug hotels, hibernacula, deadwood habitat and wildflower work.
